Mexico City based design studio NOS and BioFab company POLYBION developed a helmet that can be made out of hay and Mycelium, a fungus that performs like a foam which offers cushioning at the time of an impact. “Grow it yourself helmet” is 100% compostable, breathable and impact resistant.
