Italian designers Paolo Stefano Gentile, Pietro Gaeli and Simone Caronni used waste potato peels to create an eco street food packaging. “Peel Saver” is made from waste materials only. The mixture of starches and fiber components starts to harden after a maceration process and the result is a solid, paper-like material which is 100% biodegradable.
