Amsterdam based Design Studio Waarmakers created a lamp which is made from its own packaging. With the R16 lamp Waarmakers wants to pay homage to the natural look and feel of cardboard. By applying laser cuts to a cardboard tube, the integrity of form and material is preserved, yet it's potential is fully used, they state on their website.
